For recruiting, we may collect the following information from job applicants: Applicant’s name, e-mail address, mailing address, residence address, social security number, background information, availability for work, immigration status, prior work experience, prior employers, prior job titles, dates of employment, duties, reason for leaving, job performance, education, schools attended, degrees obtained, honors received, dates attended, skills and qualifications, resume, application, references, test scoring, and other recruiting information.
If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The only type of Personal Information that the Company has collected in the preceding 12 months is that described above. We have not sold, shared or purchased any Personal Information in the preceding 12 months.
We may collect and process, or utilize trusted third parties that collect on our behalf, other information that has been aggregated in a manner such that it no longer reveals your specific identity.
2. What do we use your information for?
Any of the Personal Information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
