ClearPath Energy, a developer/IPP, utilized Anza’s domestic content analysis and contract negotiations to secure the 10% domestic content bonus credit amid mid-2025 market volatility. Anza’s team crafted a contingent-PO structure, achieving a fixed price and mitigating tariff exposure with zero upfront liability, saving ClearPath approximately $0.075/W or $12 million in project value.

A prominent commercial real estate owner with a newly launched renewables arm and a small internal team needed to qualify for the investment tax credit before impending code changes. We leveraged a pre-negotiated master PO and an SPA to bypass lengthy legal reviews, delivering a decision deck the same day the client reviewed options. With Anza, the client locked in 27 MW of non-FEOC modules, cutting their sourcing timeline by at least four weeks while preserving eligibility for the ITC’s domestic-content bonus credit.

Order Fulfillment

Our Order Fulfillment service, included as part of our Full Scope Procurement includes support in coordinating with suppliers through product delivery. We can assist suppliers and buyers with production schedule management, speeding up the delivery of an order by removing production and logistics bottlenecks. Our dedicated team will also provide ongoing tracking and reporting on shipment status, including ocean track and trace. We can assist with schedule build out for estimated customs clearance dates and cashflow forecasting for invoices due between departure of warehouse to arrival at US port. Hand over import documentation diligence processes, including master bill of ladings, customs clearance documents, and delivery orders to our experts. We’ll work with you to promptly solve problems and, when needed, leverage our extensive relationships to help ensure your project schedule stays intact.

Warehousing & Logistics

Anza’s specialized offerings provide our clients with a dedicated team for additional support with warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. We’ll support your warehouse scope of work, including unique storage requirements for battery units and PCS, state-of-charge and balancing maintenance, warranty management, certificate requirements, and third-party onsite quality inspections to help ensure success. Our team will coordinate the receiving process and manage client shipment requests and freight to deliver materials from warehouse to project site with our extended carrier network. Ongoing tracking and coordination ensure accuracy and visibility for your projects through to successful product delivery to the jobsite.
